DEFINITIONS

OBJECT
These purchase conditions have as their object the purchase of typical and complementary products carried out remotely via the telematic network on the site “www.cosmesi.bionaticaregina.com” belonging to Bio-Natura Regina di Roberto Regina based in San Severo (FG ), contrada le Matine agro San Severo. These purchases are reserved for direct user customers. Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree 185/99 and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, it will be subject to the regulations referred to in Legislative Decree no. 196/03.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER

PRICES

PAYMENTS

DELIVERIES

LIABILITY FOR DELAYED DELIVERY
If the shipment of the goods cannot take place within the agreed time or the courier in charge does not deliver the goods within the expected delivery times, Bio-Natura Regina will contact the Customer as soon as possible and, according to the needs of the latter. will try to establish another delivery deadline.
In the event that it is not possible to reach an agreement to this effect, Bio-Natura Regina will reimburse the Customer for the full amount paid.

IMPORTANT:
In case of return, the customer must report the quantity and quality returned on the courier’s slip.
As the only burden, and if the error did not depend on a fact attributable to Bio-N atura Regina, the Customer will have to bear the costs of returning the goods.
