\nUnless otherwise expressly provided for in other specific provisions, the terms listed below have in these purchase conditions, the meaning attributed to them in the following definitions:
\n– WORKING DAYS means the days in which our offices are open for normal activities (generally every day from 9 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 17.30 excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).
\n– The situations resulting (directly or indirectly) from any strikes, lockouts, fires, floods, proven inability to procure products, materials or services, breakdowns, delays by suppliers or couriers, laws or government regulations are considered CAUSE OF FORCE MAJEURE or any other cause or event beyond our control. The above is provided by way of example only. There are other events that may have a force majeure character.
\nIn any case, the customer will be promptly informed by e-mail or telephone notice.<\/p>\n

OBJECT<\/strong>
\nThese purchase conditions have as their object the purchase of typical and complementary products carried out remotely via the telematic network on the site “www.cosmesi.bionaticaregina.com” belonging to Bio-Natura Regina di Roberto Regina based in San Severo (FG ), contrada le Matine agro San Severo. These purchases are reserved for direct user customers. Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree 185\/99 and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, it will be subject to the regulations referred to in Legislative Decree no. 196\/03.<\/p>\n

ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER<\/strong>
\nBy sending the online order, the Customer sends Bio-Natura Regina a proposal to purchase the product and \/ or products placed in the cart. DELIVERIES<\/strong>

\nThe goods will be delivered via a home courier service. By shipment we mean the delivery of the goods to the courier. The courier will deliver the goods only against a signature confirming receipt of the same.

LIABILITY FOR DELAYED DELIVERY<\/strong>
\nIf the shipment of the goods cannot take place within the agreed time or the courier in charge does not deliver the goods within the expected delivery times, Bio-Natura Regina will contact the Customer as soon as possible and, according to the needs of the latter. will try to establish another delivery deadline.
\nIn the event that it is not possible to reach an agreement to this effect, Bio-Natura Regina will reimburse the Customer for the full amount paid.<\/p>\n

IMPORTANT<\/strong>:
